Years ago we had our own cattle for the elaboration
of our cheeses but currently we now buy the milk from our suppliers
who, like us, treat it with the greatest affection it deserves.

Tío Sanz, quality guarantee
The elaboration of this process is carried out in our small company in Bergasa (La Rioja), a town of 160 inhabitants. With a lot of effort we managed to perfect the artisanal techniques until we got the recipe that is marketed today. The monitored maturation subject to rigorous controls gives the guarantee of our flavors, cheeses that are made with the best sheep’s milk that currently exists.
SHEEP CHEESES, A DELIGHT FOR THE PALATE
Today we find different sizes and seasonings to please our consumers: Formats of 1/2, 1, and 3 kg. All our products have a smooth mould, although we also make them in belt molds (Manchego type).
